First of all, patch 1.2 is out, so I would suggest updating. After updating, install all the mods you want, start a game, and tell us whether or not the mods are working. Also, check to make sure that the mods are not actually in a sub folder of the download. Sometimes mods are not just ready to install after being unzipped, and you will have to go into the unzipped mod and choose the correct folder to put into the ubisoft/SH5/mods folder. Hope this info helps.

Install the game to a different folder.
C:\programfiles is not a good idea.
Try "Run as administrator" (jsgme).

JSGME v2.5 is UAC "aware". From v2.4 you no longer need to manually run as administrator - just click "Yes" at the UAC confirmation message when you run JSGME.

Never install anything SH5 related in Program Files. That's just the launcher, ignore it. Your game should be in C:\Ubisoft not under C:\Program Files

Is there anyway around that? It's getting so annoying having to wait and click 'Yes' every time I change mods and there's no way to "always trust this program". I also can't turn it off without disabling security for everything as far as I can tell. With TheDarkWraith updating his mod so often it's several times a day it seems that I have to see this wait+prompt!

There are a few mods out with key bindings (commands.cfg).

Search for Churchs Command keys or something like that.

I can't find it atm.
