Landing the Lerche
How many of you have been able to land the Heinkel Lerche? Usually I just bail out because its just too much work to get it to land properly and I end up killing myself.

you have to put it down like a chopper but as its a rocket like shape...you have to keep the plane right in the middle..and slowly throttle down..mostly I lose to much speed roll over and nose down into the ground

I've just got done trying to do that and I've got to admit it really hard to do. I tryed it at least ten time and I figured out how to do it. To land use the dive brakes until you're vertical and start to reduce the throttle to between 50 to 60%. When you reach 0 km/h all you have to use are the throttle and rudder and you can actuly let go of the stick or yoke and sort of drift down. To take off up the throttle to 50% move off the ground and when at 100 km/h retract the dive breaks and move to horizontal flight and away you go.
