Has anyone encountered the Flying Sub in their MODS?
Flying Sub in COLD WATERS
This happened when Jive Turkey surfaced the boat to repair floodding. Has anyone else encountered this? This is SEAWOLF in my 2004 NORTH ATLANTIC Campaign MOD. I have not been able to duplicate this.

I've skimmed the surface thus far. Seems to be caused by high speeds and rapid rate of ascent. But once airborne the only way back down is to flood ballast.

I don't know if I introduced this glitch or if it's an existing issue. Either way, I can't seem to duplicate the flying sub.

In this case, it's a Seawolf based in the LA model, so darn Americans...

I've had my sub take off when I accidentally left up ballast on while travelling on the surface with time compression. Even without time compression in was floating a bit weirdly but TC made it much worse.
(I was trying to run away from an unarmed but annoying helicopter while my sub was having major flooding problems) |

I will try to use time compression while making the ascent and see if that triggers it. Thanks for the information.

It wasn't as pronounced as that screenshot but I was definitely airborne. |
