torpedos not showing

im running lsh3 and in the beginning i used wolfies sub tweaks to give me acoustic torpedos and ran 5 patrols no problems. then i decided i wanted to use hsie v16 mod to get wolf packs in the game, when i started my 6th patrol i was ready to ship out when i noticed i had no torpedos, no matter what i tried could not get them to show up, this not a graphics glitch... any thoughts?
