1920x1080 without mods

Hi! i am trying to play SH3 with GWX3 in full screen and for the moment i used some different mods.
i would to know how i could play in full screen not using any kind of mod
is it possible?

It's not possible, the game by itself only shows itself as 1024x768 or lower. To get modern widescreen resolutions ( I mean sub-4k) you need mods to allow larger resolutions.
