Adding gird and shipping to the Indian/Pacific Ocean

Would it be possible to add the grid and shipping to the Indian/Pacific Ocean in TWOS?

SH-4 covers the Indian Ocean with two playable U-Boats As I had an Uncle who served there and survived the war it is an area of great personal interest.. I think it could be done adding the KM grids from SH-4 to SH-5 plus the two playable U-Boats There is also within Subsim a playable type XXI. I am not certain whether anyone has developed tanker U-Boats [Milk Cows} A word of warning most basic Ubisoft sub games are unstable in Win10. Win 7, Vista and XP would provide the best chance. If successful Win10 provides a very good games platform to make it work on the latest laptops.
