sh3 commander crew realistic modding question

Hi, i would mod tge realsitic crew for sh3commander but i couldent found some imformation about how.
I read the files but its no so intuitive.

i want to simply set almost 1 pettit oficcer with each speciality.

almost in nygm it set more than the limit of sailors in initial stup, wich files should be changed to fix it?

Yes you can do that by using "Manage your crew" function.
You might find this useful.
Start at picture 8.
Post #19 Setting Up Patrol 2 > Creating A Personnel File > Managing The Crew With SH3Commander.
