No cargo missions I passed the desk

Hello everyone. I have an installation of SH-3 + 3 + GWX-Commander and lately when I try to load a mission image jumps to the desk and tells me that it has closed a problem. If there is a Windows solution let me know. The strange thing is that not always happens only sometimes. (Increasingly). If someone could help me or give me any advice I would appreciate.

Segui su consejo y entre en SH3F me ha parecido buena idea y lo he descargado e instalado. Todo parece que funciona bien e actualizado mi JSGME y he puesto la siguiente lista de Mods:Generic Mod Enabler - v2.6.0.157

Al pasar el puntero por S3H-H.sie-Path-V16B1 Me aparece S3H- the ultimate H.sie-patch V16B1 (S3F) Inicio S3F realiza el escaneo y encuentra mi unica instalacion pero cuando inicio el juego desde Comandante me aparece la ventana: Error loading hsie2.act. Inconpatible sh3.exe version found. Hsie2.act not started Patches not applied. Luego el juego arranca pero no carga se queda bloqueado. Al salir me aparece otra ventana: Engine message No CSubTorpedoCtrl*:cmihalache. En alguna parte he cometido algun error pero no se donde. Por favor si usted pudiera ayudarme se lo agradeceria. Soy principiante y no quisiera molestarle pero para mi significaria mucho. Gracias.
I followed his advice and enter SH3F seemed like a good idea and I've downloaded and installed. Everything seems to work well and updated my JSGME and I put the following list of Mods: Generic Mod Enabler - v2.6.0.157

Hovering the pointer S3H-H.sie-Path-V16B1 I get S3H- the ultimate H.sie-patch V16B1 (S3F) Home S3F makes scanning and is my only installation but when I start the game from me Commander window appears : Error loading hsie2.act. Inconpatible Sh3.exe version found. Hsie2.act not started Patches not applied. Then the game starts but no load is locked. On leaving me another window: Engine message No CSubTorpedoCtrl *: cmihalache. Somewhere I've made some mistakes but not to. Please if you could help I would appreciate. I am a beginner and I would not bother him but for me would mean a lot. Thank you.
