Default Constant Depth keeping problem

I am currently on the middle of my second patrol. The date is 7 Sep 1939. I sunk many ships during this patrol but now, suddenly all of my torpedoes started to have a depth keeping problem. Even I set to 1 m, they run deeper (Even deeper than 6m, I fired all of them one by one(not salvo) to a Granville Friegther), watch the torpedoes from external cam and all of them passed under the keel.

They are TI's. Any idea ?

You replied to one of mine, thought I'd return the favour.

I have had the odd deep runner as I gather you have had in the past, but nothing as extreme as that. Perhaps with this exception, I noticed the type of ship you tried to sink, Granvile, it might be a co-incidence but I have yet to get a torpedo into one of them. Have encountered a few and not had a hit, I think they are deep runners too.

Do you run H.Sie's V16B1?

If so - re-read the instructions for torpedo depth settings.
He implemented some (historical) 'misbehaviour', especially in high waves conditions.

Have you selected "torpedo malfunctions"...?

@barker262 - Thanks. You will soon send many of them to the bottom. Be Patient.

@Mittelwaechter - I think that’s exactly what happened. Thought I play Dead is Dead and I never reload back, after watching 7 torpedoes going thru the ship (I didn't fallowed them the first time this happened, I thought I set them wrong)I braked down I closed the game thinking it was a glitch. Today I reloaded and the same thing happened, I set them to 1m for experimental results.

In the stock .exe, setting torpedo malfunctions only enables duds and premature detonations of magnetic torpedoes.

Magnetic torpedoes never, in my experience, pre-detonate inside 1000m.

It does not affect torpedo depth keeping.

Sounds like he is running the H.Sie executable mod.
