new ui 7-4-2

hope somebody can help me out here ive been trying to download new ui 7-4-2 for a few days now but every time I go to unpack it I get a fail notification im using winzip 18 is that the problem ? what do you recommend to unpack it. Please help.

I suggest you to use 7-Zip only..
