Oh yeah. And of 'The Incredible Shrinking Man' and 'I Am Legend', which was made into a movie first as The Last Man On Earth, with Vincent Price, then as The Omega Man, with Charleton Heston, and most recently as I Am Legend, with Will Smith.
I had forgotten that he wrote Duel, which starred Dennis Weaver and was Steven Spielberg's first full-length TV movie. I own a copy of that one.

What I didn't know was that he was still alive. Until now, that is.

Yes, those I knew that were from him. I talked about The Omega Man this saturday, with a friend of mine. Real Steal was also based in his short story "Steel" also and since he liked, I have to see the film!
