I messed up bad... PLEASE HELP

I downloaded a copy of SH5 of ubisoft's website.

I messed something up screwing around with mods.

The game will not uninstall and theres no way for me to reinstall it.

Everytime I try to unistall it it goes through the process and says its finished but it never does.

Then I get a message saying windows explorer has stopped working.

Please, any help or advice on this would be so greatly appreciated...
