Unrealistic smoke packages

Is it possible to modify these little packets of smoke that come out one after the other, like an “Indian message”? The speed of the smoke is also too fast.

What is your mod list Pascal? My install does not seem to do that with TWoS, though I do have a bit of a time of it hitting anything, so it would take me a while to get a decent screen grab...
