help to identify mod name

hey guys,
I played sh4 a long time ago(stock only), so I though to give sh5 a try. What a disappointment that was! forget it!

So, I am installing sh4 v1.4 patched again
So far i installed trigger maru , i think v1.7.6.

However i want to install the following interface(the cool looking icons!)::


what i have right now is looking like this::



what mod is that?? where do i get it??
Is it trigger maru for V1.5? Can i port it to V1.4 ?????

Hi Ray, do yourself a favor, and get the U Boat expansion pack for SH4. This pack also upgrades the game to v1.5, which most of the mods, especially the "supermods" are geared for. I don't play TMO, so I'm not sure of the UI mod you're asking about. It may very well be included in the latest TMO, which is for v1.5 of the game.

You can get SH3,SH4 and the expansion for 20 bucks right now on steam. Sales ends in 40 minutes though.

That certainly looks like the UI from TMO. Like Fish40 said, if it's within your means to obtain SHIV Gold Version (version 1.5), by all means get it. You won't be disappointed and, it's becoming harder to find with each passing day.

I am looking at "Silent hunter 4 U-boat missions expansion."
Is this the V1.5 ?

Also, I have searched the forum , my eyes hurt,
Found 2 supermods. TMO & Real fleet...

Ive selected TMO due to nice gfx
Real fleet is it similar?? (gfx & sounds?)

oh, and if i install v1.5 i still can play the old missions right?

I don't know where you're downloading/purchasing it from, but yeah, the upgrade should read "U-Boat Expansion Pack for SHIV" or something to that effect. This should place you at version 1.5. And yes, you can play all the old missions. Nothing changes in that respect, except now you have some limited U-Boat missions and can download the Operation Monsoon mod if you want to expand your U-Boat adventures.

Both TMO and RFB add new sounds and graphics to the game, especially the Ocean environment. Basicly the difference between the two, is RFB focuses on more realism (doesn't always mean more difficult), while TMO adds more challenge to the game (doesn't always mean more realistic). Whichever one you choose is totally up to you and what you want your experience to be. I play RFB, but I've seen videos of people useing TMO, and it also looks fantastic. It depends on what you want.
