is anyone making a mod like this for SH4??

I personally would love UBI or someone to make the cold war subs in a sim like this...like a SH6 version of dangerous waters with all the great graphics in SH4&5..

Thanks,,I,ve been back and forth between DW and SH5 and haven,t been doing any SH4 for a while..This mod will get me back into it though!!!
Appreciate people like you who take the time to create these great mods and add-ons!!!!!
