NATO will take lead in Lybia
According to the Turkish minister Ahmet Davutoglu NATO will take the lead in Lybia. Turkey was, as NATO partner, blocking intervention for NATO. The agreemant should have been reached in a phone call between USA, French and Turkisch reps.
It is not yet confirmed by NATO itself. If that will happen it will show things go, 3 countries who arrange the things :S |
