Looking through the target book I see those fat drydocks and Mulberries, but have never seen one yet on patrol. I'm just curious to know if anybody has ever sunk one. If so, how did you do it? By that I mean which tordoes, settings and the like.

To my knowledge, there are four pieces of its UK has, certainly more
and they go under the name, mine layer,in some cases they are protected by nets, and they're standing and often need 1-2 eels

Ive seen the floating docks at bergen get hit and sink before, but they arent drydocks.
one of them is somewhat visible on the bottom left of this picture, touching the wing. ![]() |

Took one out while raiding Loch Ewe. Gave an easy 10k tonne yield.

There are two floating docks in game:
26.000 tons and 25 renown 33.200 tons and 30 renown Hardly worth the effort or the ordnance. |

Not true, buy a load of tap dancing shoes, teach your crew how to do the River dance and have fun.
(Same thing I do when I got a load of escorts after me ![]() |

All that tonnage and so little renown. I'll save my eels should I see one.

Where's the list with all the values? Remember seeing it for 2.1 but since lost it and know its probably changed for 3.0 anyways. I can understand the docks being worth such little renown as they sink with a single torpedo but the tonnage amount being so massive seems to contradict the goal of going after large tonnage targets. |

Especially considering the inconvenience it would cause to the Allies in a landing operation like Overlord. Also, losing a floating dock would impinge on ship repair times.
