Default Any hydrographic map mod around?

I always wondered that sh3 map does not have depths printed on. Is there any hydrographic map mod around, those where sea topography is very detailed?

I think that SH3 engine might not be able to do that, but someone like Seeadler could probably give a better answer. Right now, you can represent with different colours the depths and heigths, but not MARK with lines the contours. In SH4, though, shore lines were marked and I know Seeadler eliminated them. So it might actually be possible to outline the different depth areas in SH4, but I can't tell for sure

Would be a mod I myself want to see

Agreed, me too, but sadly some of the depths in game are unrealistic....the English Channel for example.

The North Sea also, the depths they have would put the wrecks of Jutland almost sticking out of the water.

Accurate depths would have been very useful while diving to avoid air attack recently in AN22. U-48 is now in the practice of pinging the bottom of the ocean when it's alarm time against aircraft.

Verdammt Swordfish!
