Default Problem:ACM-Reloaded-Set Keys Incompatible?

I love ACM-reloaded. Excellent mod!

I do seem to have a problem though-
I use the set keys program with it. It seems there is some incompatibility.
For example:
If I click on the "Range at current speed", I get a the ping for depth under keel and the report of "Depth under keel 0 meters".

Another example:
If I click on the return to course icon, I get about a hundred or so waypoints meandering across the nav map.

With no set keys activated, everything works fine. Once I map a set key(it doesn't matter which), I get some weird behavior.

Previous to ACM-reloaded, I used ACM v1.1 and it worked fine with set keys.

I kinda wonder if it has something to do with the integrated orders part of ACM-reloaded, but I'm really not wise in the ways of modding and am not sure.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks.
