Where to find the speech files for speed orders?

I can't find the speech files which confirm your order after changing speed.
Äußerste Kraft voraus, Große Kraft voraus, Halbe Kraft voraus, ...

Can someone help which folders/files to look for?

If you look in Commands.cfg There's a sound entry that tells which sound to play. The sounds are in sound/voice/ with a folder for each guy
