Hull Integrity

Hi all

Just came back from patrolling the eastern coast of Britain with my hull integrity at 53%. Now im not sure if thats an ok HI for other people, but I'd like to have 100% before any engagement so how do I get it repaired back up to 100%? I've tried going back to ports and resupplying, but that doesn't repair the HI? I've went back to the home port in Kiel but that has the same options as the other ones

Does anyone know the reason for this? I thought that I might have to finish my objectives first, as I can't select finish patrol and i'm assuming that i would then have my boat completely repaired?

Help!
