Default MI-24 for EECH.... Wow! The detail!

Wow! That is awesome!

No Russian Heli compares to the hind. Nothing is so ominous and imposing. Nothing!

Arneh's masterpiece!
Well worth getting EECH to fly this monster. I just miss the feeling of helicopter flying I have been spoiled with in Black Shark... EECH is a nice sim if one wants to be a rotorhead, and the dynamic campaign is good.

cheers porphy

Not sure why, but I didn't get on with EECH when it was new, and I recently tried it again to give the Mi24 'a go'. Sadly I still couldn't get into it, and I took it back off again fairly soon...

Now I do still fly DI's HIND, and that *is* fun

And no, I can't say why I prefer the much older less 'accomplished' title but I just do.

Me too. I don't really play them any more, but I still haven't had more fun playing a flight sim since Fleet Defender.

Yep. But you do know they have the source code, right? They should see if they can bring it into DX8 territory. DX 9 or 11 would be a pipe dream though.

Still, it is impressive what they pulled out of DX7. I didn't think it was capable of doing what they have pulled off.
