Your favourite planes in IL2 Sturmovike 1946

I was just playing IL-2 1946 and I gotta admit,my most favourite planes in the game are the Luftwaffe's HE111-H6 and H2,JU-87B2,D3,D5 and G1 and BF-109,FW190 and of course the ME262 along with IL-2 Sturmovik and Petlyakov-2 (PE-2) and PE-3

Depends on the role I have to execute really, so I pretty have my favourite for every type of mission.
but my All-round-Favourite is the: Hawker Tempest V

P-51D-5/20 or Mustang Mk.III for killing, but the Bf-109G-2 definitely has the best "feeling" of them all

FW-190 is my favorite as an allrounder for the Axis, P47 allrounder for the Americans, B25 as Bomber, Tempest and Beaufighter for the Brits, Il-2 for groundwork with the Russians (I personally don't like any Russian fighter. The La5/7 are very nice to fly but they are also way to good and I don't like the other planes for their flight characteristics, cokpitlayout or armament).

109 for axis, 109 painted with allied colors for allies.

As for bombers, anything with the german bombsight suits me.

I've gotten quite fond of the 109 for the Luftwaffles, Spit or Hurri for the RAF, and I've not really flown much in the way of USAF or Russkie gear

The Sturmovik is a nice ground attack plane, but I like the Peshka more

i gave the TA-152 a try today and I've gotta say i like it.
but i sort of fell in love with the BF-109F2 (you actually need a to put a King Tiger on one of it's wings to make it stall.) and the SeaFire.

Bf 109 is my favorite, The Bf109 F2 almost never stalls, and the later series (currently the G6) has great fire power.

The 109 also has the best engine sound out of all the planes out of the game. (with mod)

For the allies, Dont real play with there planes, Seafire, Spitfire one of the two.:hmm:
Not to big of a fan of bombers, droping bombs isnt my gig.

I tried the BF110 in a fight against the PE-3,dunno why but PE-3 is good against the BF110 and the JU-87 Stuka reminds me of the movie called Stukas directed by Karl Ritter

I like the all of the 109's, the ME 262s, and a few others on the Axis side. I hate the FW-190's as it has a horrible stall problem. For the Brits I like all of Spitfires, Hurricanes, and the Mosquito bombers. For the Americans I like the F4F Wildcat, F6F Hellcat, F4U Corsair in the PTO, there are also the P-51's, P-47's, P-38's in the ETO. The Japanese got the Zero. As for the Russians I've got to go with their peashooter the little I-16.

P-38L All the way.

Powerful , climbs fast, and firepower is brutal.

BF 109 Nice, but bad visibility.

P-51D Ok but not a agile as I thought it would be.

F4U Corsair Tough, can take alot of punishment.

Haven't spent enough time in any others to give an opinion.
