[REL] New Merchant-Generic Steamer #11

Here's a new merchant ship to add some diversity to the shipping. It's a British steam merchant of 3,000 tons. This is not a historical unit; rather, a generic freighter that's broadly representative of WWI-1920's era vessels. It supports symmetrical logos and text. Six skins are included.

Installation should be very easy, but please take a look at the README, especially if you're inexperienced with mods.

Merchant Fleed Mod beta testers - note that this ship replaces M11B (even though the folder name is slightly different). Delete M11B if you want to install it.

Hopefully very soon. I am lmost ready to release the second beta version (I may also make this a community-wide release).
