That second site in particular has some really clear underwater shots

either they got permission from the MOD or they used a ROV. This is because the Royal Oak is a protected war grave.

Those super-clear photos aren't photos. If you look closely you'll see the words "artists impression" underneath in small text.

Wow, just look at the list of men who died on the Royal Oak (second link), and that on just one ship!
Nice find there, thanks for sharing.

EDIT: Amazing to find out it still leaks oil after 70 years.
