Default Look who's smoking

Is is just me, or are the Russians always smoking?

The guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon (DDG 58), HMS Portland (F79) of the United Kingdom, FS La Fayette (F710) of France and RFS Admiral Chabanenko (650) of Russia sail the waters of the Atlantic Ocean as part of FRUKUS 2007. FRUKUS, named after the participating countries was created in 2003 to aid talks between France, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States. The countries will participate in a five-day exercise at Naval Station Norfolk and in the waters off the Virginia and North Carolina coast. I think its so their Helo pilots can find their way back to the boat without having it transmit a signal for them to home in on. :p

EMCON Russian Style.
