sub stats

Is there a list somewhere that orders the subs based on overall quality? or a list that describes that stats of all the subs you can use? i saw one but it only listed a few of the subs. i was just wondering because im in a Garr right now and wanted to know if it had any advantage over the other starter subs.

so is there any chance of the narwhal or tench subs being added by a patch? i read through that whole thing cause im redownloading the patch because the one supplied by filefront crashed when i open it.
