Any way to change crew names?

I'm new to SHIII but once I start my career I know it would help if I could change my crews names to be for instance, the same as the German National Football team. Is there a utility that would enable me to do that? Thanks.

If you use SH3 commander you can have your crew names to whatever you like
Dont know whether you can do it without it

Open the data configuration folder and open the various crew cfg files and change any name you want.
