No war at all in SH3 with GWX

I've just bought SH3 in Steam and made 3 nice missions.
So I've installed GWX3.0 to improve graphics.
And surprisingly everything became neutral.
I'm loosing points hitting british ships.
I've found color patch for GWX and now I can see that all icons are green.
Peace and friendship are good things but not for battle simulator.
I can solve the problem by removing GWX,
but can somebody suggest another way?
