Torpedo depth settings

There used to be,in previous versions of Silent Hunter, a book of shipping showing operating country,type of ship its armaments,speed and draft,this book was normally by the periscope.

I dont know if SH5 has this book in the game ,if it does,I cannot find it so guess at the depth settings for my torpedo's.

Have I missed it somewhere in the game? or is there no book in SH5?

Stock game does not have proper recognition manual...
