Two problems with the Raumboot model(s)

Has anyone noticed that the stock Raumboot (NMSR) does not have prop wash? This bothered me so I found another one from LSH, Raumboot type 17 that I like better and does have prop wash, but then I noticed it has a large dark shadow on the water that isn't even lined up with the boat very well. So my question is- How do I get rid of the unwanted shadow on the water. It doesn't have a Dynamic Shadow controller, so I tried adding one to it, which didn't work. I play GWX with an Ubermod of improvements I have been working on for years now. I use SH3ditor also, but I'm no expert.

After persistent testing, I discovered that the weird shadow from the Raumboot type 17 was being caused a cool looking searchlight on top of the cabin, which was part of the EQUP file, so I removed it and presto! - no more weird shadow, but also no more cool searchlight. It was even listed as "Reflect" in the file.

Modding has taught me this my friends- PERSISTENCE PAYS!

All dynamics shadow controllers are useless & not working in SH3…
As well as all SHD nodes in ships.dat… shadows are not working in this game.
Has been deactivated by Romanian devs long ago.

I had to use the game since the release of v1.0 (by the way, Skvas too), in the ACT file of the SH3Controllers.ACT controllers there was a missing link in generating shadows on 3D objects. The mechanism is working.
In the save folder C:\Users\My Documents in the main.cfg file, replace the line DynamicShadows=No with DynamicShadows=Yes
