Does anybody know where I can make a donation to him by way of thanks for this excellent mod?

I wouldn't worry about it. H.sie was always pretty cool about recognition for his work (and the partnerships therein). In addition, he hasn't been to the forum in ~11 mos. and hasn't posted since 10/2015. He left a long time ago.
