"Le sigh" I've gone through multiple tutorials, uninstalled, reinstalled, and the whole shebang, following youtube videos and etc to the letter... No dice.

I'm attempting to install the wolves of steel mega mod and if possible the Better and realistic floatation mod onto my Steam Copy of SH5... and am having a hell of a time... Funny thing, They'll trust me in the US Navy to direct roughly the same thing on a SSN but here, I'm running into nothing but problems... lol... anyway, as much as I detest being -that guy- I am making this post as a hapless plea for assistance...

Fresh, Just installed, Vanilla, version of SH5: Battle Of The Atlantic on Steam.

Any help, or slaps across the face following by incessant reminding of how stupid I am is welcome. Thanks and have a great navy day.

Oh and also, I can get the SH5:BOTA on amazon, Gold edition, for like 10 bucks. I've heard steam is just a pile of unorchestrated garbage and I should use a retail copy, So would this version that I can download off amazon suffice? if there is no way to make my steam copy function?

Not compatible with TWOS

Steam cannot be used with TDW's Generic File Patcher which an essential application that has to be used with TWOS.

If you can get the dvd or a different download works ok.
Steam installs in the Program (x86) folder.
Uninstall and remove the program and run a registry cleaner before installing again.
Leave no trace.
