Default TDC graphics question

I have been following stoianm’s TDC with real navigation and Realism tutorial. I have the mods, or updated ones that he says to use. Here’s a list of them: NewUIs_TDC_7_5_0_ByTheDarkWraith NewUIs_TDC_7_5_0_Real_Navigation and Trevally Automated Scripts v0.6
I am only using those for this tutorial as I am trying to figure out why the dialog box with the XO that is supposed to pop up when you hit the space bar as in the tutorial, when looking at the target trough the periscope. All the other graphics are the same as in the tutorial I just can’t seem to get the one described to come up.
It looks like it pops up, or something does, for a fraction of a second and then disappears. I’m not sure if it is the box I am looking for but I suspect it is.
I have been working to figure this out for about 3 days now by switching out different mods that I thought may be needed. I may need to just uninstall and reinstall SH5.
I have posted a screenshot of the box I am talking about taken from stoianm’s tutorial.Any thoughts......
Thank you for any help

Hi tjlegault,

IIRC, you should enable one of the ERM New UI's submod by Reaper7 to get back the XO dialog

There is a XO button at the top right of your screen
It must be set to off

Switch it back on

No need to install the reaper mod - it only adds a green line to th epicture as a temp fix for the broken stadi (o so long ago)

You are talking about the old version, released before toniloCoyote had found a way to measure SH5 ships. The green line was meant to show the approximate point that the stadi line had to be aligned with, for giving correct range estimations. The two versions of ERM included in the New UI's package as optional mods, are way more recent

Yes sort o
The stadi bug was that all mast heights were stuck at 20m
So TDW fixed that

Tonilo's work was all about scale, mostly length for the raobf but his work also allowed the mastheight, width and draft to be checked. With this all the ship sizes were rewritten that did indeed fix the stadi scale to mast

Thanks Trevally,
Pushing the XO button at the top right fixed it.
