Default Concerning Stiebler4B_V16B1

Now I know there is a thread concerning this somewhere. But it is rather long.
My query is that after installing V16B1 then the Stiebler4B files, doing all the correction etc. it gets stuck at the black loading screen.
I then get a report saying "Menu ID not Found:0x3f300002", can anybody help in me trying to solve this problem?
What could possibly cause this?
I would think the problem may lie in the menu_1024_768 file.

Thanks,
ANdreas

You are right. The problem is corrupted menu_1024_768.ini file, i mean you have made a mistake somewhere renumbering units... The solution is simple - take a fresh copy of that file (assuming you have its backup) and make another edit.

Thanks for the help, of course I did not back it up. Thinking, I don't need to do that. Hope I learned my lesson.

Where did you get the copy of menu_1024_768.ini that you modified? If you took it from your sh3 /data folder, modified it, and put it in your Patcher mod, then the original can probably be recovered if you use JSGME to deactivate the Patcher mod. If not, deactivate all mods, uninstall SH3, then re-install. It's recoverable.

I did that. It is just a pain because this all takes a long time and I want to sink some British.
For sure I will back up more in future.
