Officer Held in Plot to Cook Women and Eat Them

He was charged with federal kidnapping conspiracy, and is expected to appear in Federal District Court in Manhattan on Thursday afternoon. Officer Valle is married.

In one message to a co-conspirator, Officer Valle wrote that he was contemplating cooking a person “over a low heat” so as to “keep her alive as long as possible,” according to the complaint.

I wonder what Officer Valle would think of soylent green? Most likely not his thing though seems like he wants to have the power over his victim and then consume them.

I wonder why there are few details about this co-conspirator?
