i'am ownly getting 7 knots submerged and 4 knots surfaced. how do i increase the speed

Look on the HUD, next to your speed dial, look to see if there is a small red button, hover over it and if it says switch propulsion, click it. I've never had this mod in particular but the seawolf mod has this aswell
