Flakmonkey's Intel Graphics HD Fix Mod

Please HELP!

Flakmonkey made a mod that turns off the reflections I'm wondering if anyone has it that uses a laptop and Intel graphics card. It fixes the weird and distorted reflections that appear at far left of screen. If anyone could upload it would be great, I tried editing the scene.dat file in S3D editor, however it doesn't work for me I still see reflections for sun. I will continue to look for other files that would turn off sun reflection, or if anyone else uses laptop with Intel Card, send me your files, that you used to turn off reflections?

I tried everything I could, turning down sun reflections in S3D and off, in the scene.dat it doesn't work reflections are still there! There must be some kind of other file that alters the sun to turn off the damn water reflections in the sun wise. This is driving me nuts because I spend so long try to fix it
