Question on loading times

Hello again guys.
Today, I tried reinstalling some mods. After that, I started the game. It loaded as fine as usual. Then I tried starting a new career with 7th Flotilla, 1941. After I clicked 'Start Mission' I waited... and I waited. After 25 minutes, I decided to restart my PC. This time, I used GameBooster. I opened SH3 and tried to star a new career (same as above).
After 37 minutes, the patrol didn't finished loading. So I called it quits.
... and I had only enabled four mods [over GWX3]:
WAC4.1 SubPen_animated_18.02.2010
GWX 3 Wilhemshafen,St Naz,Schluese and xtra ships V6
Extras for the Wilhelmshaven campaign v2.4c
Aces' St.Nazaire Super Pens v5.1 GWX Version

Now, my question is: is there any way to improve my loading times?
