The Heavy Flak Gun in SH5?

Now I'm stepping in the last chapter of the campaign Black May and receive a new boat,which allows me to equip the heavy flak gun.I choose the 3.7cm one in the upgrade interface.But when I step onto it and want to have a try,it refuses to fire ANYTHING no matter how hard I hit the Space button.What's wrong?Anyone knows how to solve this issue?Please help!

I wonder if it's a mod conflict, you modded up?

Today I enter the game and try it then it works.I don't know why it didn't work last time.Maybe it's a conflicting issue.Thanks any way
