Default New wifi-minded carrier offers unbelievable $19 unlimited phone plan

Sounds like this may be interesting. I wonder how long before big telecom makes a move to squash it?...

You know, the title of this thread lead me to think this was a bot created spam thread.

I kind of feared that might happen after I had posted; I took the title from the title of the Yahoo News article...

In that case it would have been from a different source/poster

the web page quote from that web page, sounded good at first:

Code:

But the wifi-minded carrier isn't for everyone. It employs a calculator called the Cellular Usage Index (CUI) to determine where you fall on the spectrum of mobile users. If you're a light or moderate user (one who won't put too much pressure on their networks), you're the ideal customer. But users who use up a disproportionate share of mobile bandwidth are subject to getting the boot (after a series of warnings) if they don't rein in their heavy voice and data usage.
what about all of those little ad on's like disposal fee, 411 calls, retirement fund for phone company employees, drought tax, not enough minutes used, pole climbing hazardous duty pay for line men, etc
