Default Where is the Trigger of flickering lights ?

Hello everbody, frist i beg your pardon for my bad english.
I search for the trigger that cause the flickering Lights in Sh3 when the Uboat dives to deep and get near crush deep.
The reason is, i would like to have these effekt even by Depth-Charges-Attacks too.
I have search the "Zones" and the "Nss7c.Sim" but havent found any entrance that could be the trigger for the
flickering lights. Maybe someone can help me ?

Sorry for my english too. !! Like you I think that the flicking light during depthcharging is an aspect very important for the "game atmosphere".

So the only way that I have found is to put the sub armor level to -1 (in the u-boat .zon file). Next you have to adjust the dept charge .zon and .sim files to create the following effect
- very long range only the sound
- long range shaking
- close range shaking + light flicking + small damages
- very close range shaking + light flicking + important damages and flooding

I used this parameter when I Played with SH3 and it worked fine for me (Now I am with SH5).
I'am at work and I can't give you more information about parameters setting.

Ok thank you for the tip. I have change the sub armor level to -1 and what changes must be done in the depth charge zon and sim file ?

Maybe its a problem but i use Thomsen No instant death mod. This mod
change the sub hitpoints to 10000, so that Sh3 has more "Das Boot"-Situations. The sub doesnt get destroyed but get an increased flooding that cause a fast and dramatic sinking until crash deep.

I just look inside my settings made for my personal mod, And I have the following informations for depth charges

Inside .zon
Min eff = 60
Max eff = 400
AP = -1
Min radius 10
Max radius 14

And for .sim
explosion range = 65
explosion impulse = 900

For the sub.zon I have sub hitpoints = 9000.

There is no problem with Thomsen No instant death mod.
