Have you seen the Biffo on the Donegal SW election?
He wants to appeal to the supreme court because while he understands that in the spirit of the law that people are entitled to elected representatives he doesn't want an election to go ahead as that would mean he would face pressure to allow the other 3 long delayed elections to happen.
