[WIP] Crewmanager for RFB 1.0

Ever wondered, if your crew is really up to the job? tired of finding out the best crew-setup by try and error?
This little Tool might be what youre looking for. it is exel-based and therefor usable by... hm. .. about anybody.

technically this is no mod, so i posted here. My apologies, if it belongs into the mod section. would a mod be so kind to move me there?

I didnt get how to upload this here. (please, could someone describe me as if i was.... y'know?)
Current file is tuned for RFB, later versions will include Stock and TMO. (as soon as i get the idea how efficiency works in OM i gladly include it...)

What this tool does:
It lists your current crew, calculates the crewmens efficiency in their positions and gives you the opportunity to evaluate available sailors. This way you can compare two sailors and decide which is best for your stations.

What this tool does not:
calculating the total efficiency of a stations. there are far to many factors that contribute, like tiredness, wether other watches sleep or repair or whatever, who the leaders are etc. I think its still useful because as soon as you have the best sailors for a job, the stations operate at the best possible level.

I hope everything works out, if not, of course, let me know. as declared, its a work in progress.
