Default Deck awash

Is possible in SH5 go deck awash? When I try to set depth manually on dial (I use TDW UI) for example 6m, my U-Boot begin to crash dive and doesnt matter I am on the bridge. I used decks awash mode, but I couldst fully surface.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Just set your depth (manually, i.e. hold ctrl and mouse over the depth required) to 7/8 metres, make sure you are in the conning tower when you do it. I have been following a convoy with escorts from a distance of 3000 metres, works like a dream. Also try using Historical U-Boat specs, this fixes the depth holding problems http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=1775

try using TheDarkWraith's UI mod. it has a button you can press to go to "snorkel depth" i.e decks awash

Really? I thought that would just bring you to snorkel depth not decks awash depth... have to check it out. Thanks.

As I wrote at the beginning: When I try to set depth manually by clicking on dial, my boat dives. I also had deck awash mod, but I couldnt fully surface with it. Isnt there any other way how to set deck awash depth?

That's how the Decks Awash Mod works. The surface command takes you to decks awash. To surface you have to manually enter (hit control and then click on depth) the desired depth, like 5m here. Took me a couple of minutes to figure that one out.

Do I just copy the files in the data folder?

I've not seen that one! Maybe it's the order of the mods you have installed? Try installing this one last and see if that's any different.

I believe it's the mighty fine crew mod. There's a workaround included and it also has documentation in this regard.

Edit: sorry, it's the workaround included that causes this. I believe it is so it initializes the crew's diving script.
