I'm not running 2.5 but what fireftr is talking about is a small patch to fix TMO 2.5 so you don't get the downgrade you just got.
With TMO be sure to read through all the documentation. There is a lot of stuff in there. Duci did a very good job of documentation Check out the TMO thread in the mods section as well if you haven't already done that. Magic Just left the TMO thread and see you've already been there.
