How The H&%% did I manage this.

I used to be pretty good at making mission in SH3 but I'm having to relearn it all over with this.

This is from a mission I created & it happed to me on the only two that I made so far. There is an other sub superimposed on top of mine, I can pull away from it & it will break apart with out any damages But then I found out that all the ships I was heading toward were twins also & That screwed up the route that they were supposed to be heading. So what did I do wrong. I did check to make sure that it WAS a single mission that I made.
Any help will be Greatly Appreciate
