Default Are Bletchley Park's activities modeled?

I know that Doenitz required that u-boats report in on a daily basis, reporting status, and that the British intercepted such reports and decoded them and passed that on to the Royal Navy, et al. I also know that as the Kriegsmarine did things to their Enigma machines (adding rotors, paradigm code shifts) that blacked out such traffic until BP figured through the changes during specific times during the war. I don't suppose anyone has figured out if this plays into the game at all?
