Default Islam march through Wooton Bassett...

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/news...Hugh-Orde.html

Seriously... this can't go ahead. I feel so angry right now I'm having a hard time putting this rant in my head down to meaningful words!.

If this goes ahead its a slap in the face for every one of the fallen who have passed through Wootton Bassett, and a failure of HM Government to defend their memory.

I know freedom of speech and the right to protest is a defining symbol of this country... but there is a limit and this is WAY past it! Part of me would like to bundle the lot of these scumbags into the back of every C-130/C-17 in the RAF, fly over to Afghanistan and chuck them out the back... without a parachute.

If they want to protest, then do it somewhere else. If our spineless "Government" doesn't stop this march from happening I hope people stand up for the memories of the fallen... and chuck this lot out of Wootton Bassett. The Mayor should close the town and have the people "block" them from getting in!

If all else fails they should call the RAF/USAF and give them some FAC/CAS practice against these thugs... they're not protesting to make a point they're deliberately trying to cause tension and disorder.

They can bloody well f**k off back to the Middle East and get on with killing each other, Muslims seem to be pretty good at it!

They do not want to "protest" in your and mine understanding, Steel Tomb. They want to provoke and make us step back another small step. It's calculated.

Well in this case I wouldn't call it spamming. I do personally think it is bad taste considering the group that is calling the protest and where they are protesting.

Agree with the war or not, this place has become the focal point for the dead soldiers coming home. As one man said, they should protest the government not the families of the men who have died.

I mean as in this thread is. Spamming that is. Posting whenever some guy in robe or whatever farts is getting a little tiresome and borderline racist. But hey, your board, do whatever you want. Maybe you should change the name of this place to Neonazi Radioroom or something.

I've already seen a call-out on Facebook for Football firms to head to Wooton Bassett. If they meet up with the far-right crowd then it'll be a bloody outcome. Naturally, following that there will be more laws against the inciting of religious hatred passed.
I doubt it'll go ahead to be honest, but if it does, well, it'll make the Brixton riots look like childs play and I doubt it'll stop there, it could well spark off a number of race and religious backlashes throughout the UK.

Sorry to ask but I'm a bit lost after reading the article: What exactly is that "islamic" march about? I mean, I have understood they are planning to go on parade through that town, and all that, but what exactly is their message, protest or whatever for that parade?

Protests against the war I believe, with an under/overtone of anger against British soldiers.
Of course, it's the positioning of the march that's the problem, these sort of marches go through London fairly often, but Wooton Bassett is the place where the war dead of the UK are marched through on their return from operations. Barely a month goes by without it being on the news.
The march won't take place now, which is, I think, a pity.
Up until now, these 'minority' groups have had it all their way, if they have a problem, its fixed for them quicker than you can say 'hate-crime', however the growing anger in the UK against the immigration problem and the Islam issue has, so far, only been represented by gains made by the BNP. What is needed is a mass riot to make the government take notice and address the greivences of the people, however knowing how heavy handed and politically correct the government is, it would probably then condemn it and push it under the carpet.
Things in Britain are simmering, just below boiling point, and all it will take is one person in the wrong place at the wrong time, and there will be bloodshed, by god there will be. Rivers of Blood, to quote a famous speech.

I heard a similar analysis from a friend in Spain..
The same timebombs are in all other countries aswell, ive predicted before that the story will have a violent ending.

Provocation, nothing else. Spitting in Brits' face (but taking their wellfare money nevertheless). It's about making us falling back another small step. This time they may have failed - or not? The media coverage they got is a huge success.

A walking, acid slime-hole that fellow is. Get into contact with it, and see yourself getting digested alive by the slime.

It was asked during a discussion around christmas: why are Muslim employees never offended when being payed christmas money by their employers?
