Default Christian foster mother struck off after Muslim girl converts

What is with the UK? This girl converts her religion on her own free will and not only does the state order her to stay away from church for 6 months (Can they do this in the UK? Apparently so!) but the mother who had nothing to do with it is struck from the foster care list? And the UK people aren't a little upset about this?

I'll tell you why you should be upset - This wouldn't have happened if she converted to atheism or muslim. Guaranteed!

You guys are going nuts over there.

The state did not order the girl to stop going to church and the care giver was subsequently reinstated. If you're going to rabble rouse at least pay some attention to the truth.

WTH is wrong with you August? You always assume things, and you know what the word assume refers to when pulled apart - a*s-you-me. Try reading up on the subject before you pull this kind of crap. Try asking a question instead of playing the 'all knowing August'. You are getting worse as time goes on.

It is all over the web man. How many links you want?

I was just reading the link that you posted. I could care less what the British do in their own country.

Why do so many Americans say "I could care less"?
Surely the phrase is "I couldn't care less"? as, if you could care less, you
therefore care to some extent more than the minimum, whilst if you couldn't
care less then you are already having the minimum amount of care possible.

Anyone with me on this?

ed: Google says someone is with me on this and they drew a graph:

Quote:
The idiom "couldn't care less", meaning "doesn't care at all"
(the meaning in full is "cares so little that he couldn't possibly
care less"), originated in Britain around 1940. "Could care less",
which is used with the same meaning, developed in the U.S. around
1960. We get disputes about whether the latter was originally a
mis-hearing of the former; whether it was originally ironic; or
whether it arose from uses where the negative element was separated
from "could" ("None of these writers could care less..."). Henry
Churchyard believes that this sentence by Jane Austen may be
pertinent: "You know nothing and you care less, as people say."
(Mansfield Park (1815), Chapter 29) Meaning-saving elaborations
have also been suggested: "As if I could care less!"; "I could care
less, but I'd have to try"; "If I cared even one iota -- which I
don't --, then I could care less."

Recently encountered has been "could give a damn", used in the
sense "couldn't give a damn".

An earlier transition in which "not" was dropped was the one that
gave us "but" in the sense of "only". "I will not say but one
word", where "but" meant "(anything) except", became "I will say but
one word."

And I think that's a little silly coming from a race who can't use apostrophes properly.

Thats because its foster care , the rights and duties of the carer are clearly set out and only change if the legal status of the child or the birth parents change , since the legal status didn't change then obviously the foster carer had failed in her duties .

If it is guaranteed then no doubt you will be able to find a case to back up your ridiculous claim .

Is that because in six month her legal status will change which means the agency and its workers will not have to take into consideration the birth parents thoughts concerning their child

Subman just a small question. If I posted a link from Democratic Underground. Would you take it seriously?

Not only is your response to him childish. Part of your response relies on a 100 percent right site (And yes 100 percent right after the retards in my view there drove off what moderates were left)

Go back to your GW AL gore whatever conspiracy theory stuff Subman. Its quite a bit more entertaining.
